Susan has tried many strength related activities. Starting with Bodybuilding she moved onto Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting where she holds National Records in both! Susan also set a World Record in Powerlifting in 2001. She enjoys the fun and comraderie of the Heavy Games and relishes the opportunity to throw outdoors.
